Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms" ) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you”) and Rask-D Technology Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the DocExtractor services (the “Services”).

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. The Service

DocExtractor provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to upload documents and extract structured data. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access most features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload or process any unlawful or objectionable content.
• Violate any applicable law, including the laws of Rwanda.
• Infringe on our intellectual property rights or those of others.
• Disrupt or interfere with the performance of the Services.

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the Services. You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to use your User Content solely to provide the Services to you.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL RASK-D TECHNOLOGY LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kigali, Rwanda.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by revising the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
